Knokke-Heist is a Belgian province of West Flanders. In 1997 Leon Krier was invited to design a new urban quarter of Knokke-Huelbrug. Following a planning charrette held in Knokke, a masterplan and building code was produced.
We were invited by Leon Krier, along with a number of traditional architects from around Europe, to produce individual house designs for the first phase of the development.
